Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico via USPS for a fee of $10.95 and UPS for a fee of $12.95 with an expected delivery time of 6 – 9 days. 2nd day air and next day air are not available at this time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery. Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all Domestic U.S. orders. At this time we offer $40 flat rate shipping on all international orders. Please see the SHIPPING section for more details.

We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international orders, which is $40 USD via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

How much are international duties & taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be included in your total at checkout. Planet Blue is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. There should be no further payment due upon arrival of your package but if there is an additional payment required. You will be held responsible for that payment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information and/or use the UPS TradeAbility tool.

By law, Planet Blue must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Planet Blue, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Planet Blue. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
