Return Policy for Online Orders

Planet Blue Web will happily accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original Planet Blue and vendor tags must be attached to the garment(s).
  • All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased at a sale price is a final purchase and cannot be redeemed for a refund, store credit or exchange. Coupon codes are excluded.
  • Damaged items must be reported to our website Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item free of charge if the item is available. Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: Planet Blue is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
  • Swimwear and Intimates are eligible for return, store credit or size exchange as long as the original tags and hygienic strip are intact. Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. We do not process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. Should you receive your swimsuit in unwearable conditions, please report this to our Customer Care Team immediately within 24 hours.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, smoke or heavy body odor. All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your refund if the return does not meet these requirements. Please note: If you wish to return an item that does not meet these requirements, you may be subject to a dry cleaning fee of $30.
  • Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, the return will be issued in the form of online store credit.

If your return does not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: orders@shopplanetblue.com.

Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, we’ll waive the $7.99 return fee and the new shipping costs for domestic orders. At this time, exchanges are only available for customers within the US.

How should I send my return back?

To initiate the return process, please visit our online return center using the “Start My Return” link located in your order shipment email. Once you click the link, select the item(s) you’d like to return/exchange and follow the prompts to generate the return label and return authorization form. You may also access the return center from the “My Account” pages on the website. Once you click the link, select the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the prompts to generate a Return Label and Return Authorization Slip.

Please note, that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may email us at orders@shopplanetblue.com and we can email you a Return Label and Return Authorization Slip. If you choose to use our return label, a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Planet Blue and you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.

  1. Securely repack your items in the re-sealable package you received them in or send back with your own packaging of choice.
  2. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed Return Authorization Slip.
  3. Affix your prepaid Return Label to the front of the package.
  4. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit >www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Planet Blue Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Planet Blue.

If Two Or More Payment Methods Are Used:

If you have used two or more payment methods for a purchase and items are returned, the gift card/store credit will be refunded first followed by the additional payment method or methods.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

If your order is eligible for the refund, online orders can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit at any of our store locations within the 30-day return period. For a list of our locations, please click here.

Note: You must present original invoice receipt when you take items back to one of our store locations with tags attached.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note: Our sale items are marked down on our website and re-priced in red. All items on sale are noted 'ALL SALES FINAL' on each page of each sale item, mentioned at checkout and also in your order confirmation.

Useful Return Tips

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try shoes on carpet. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service within 24 hours (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.

International

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the day you received your goods. We do not provide exchanges for International orders at this time. The item must be unworn and accompanied by all tags attached and/or the original sales receipt.
