PB Dallas City Guide
Death or Glory: In InkI would like to think I have the best tattoo artist in Dallas; a mom and pop shop owned by an incredible couple Gia and Sam who have been here more than 13 years and have apprenticed some of Dallas' finest artist including my personal artists Andy Ryan Felty.
Granada Theater: Main StageI like to keep my music listening a little more intimate. With the words "Love Yourself" displayed above the stage and a magical woman painted on the ceiling, Granada Theater is my go to venue. The vibes here are always good!
Good Records: Right NotesGood Records is home away from home for all you music lovers! This place has the best selection so no matter what mood you're in you can't leave there without a new record in hand. Don’t see what you want? Don't be scared to ask the guys for their suggestions.
The Garden Café: Freshly PickedThe Garden Cafe is farm to table service at its best. An excellent brunch spot if you are looking for freshness, they have a garden of fresh fruits and vegetables surrounding the back patio to grow their own goodies right there.
Dallas Days: Melodi Meadows of @BabyNativeDallas is full of amazing places like The Perot Museum, The Winspear Opera House, The Magnolia Film Theater, NorthPark Shopping Center. The list could go on, but it takes someone who has lived here for the better part of their life to know where the hidden gems are.
Mudsmith: Caffeine DreamsLiving on lower Greenville, I fell in love with the surrounding area. When I found this little nook Mudsmith with its excellent chai tea, friendly staff who soon began to know me by name, and a spacious interior, I knew I had found my new office and morning ritual.
The Libertine Bar: Cocktail CrewI've spent many nights at The Libertine Bar with great friends sipping on tasty cocktails. If ever one of your friends can't make it out, you can buy them a shot for their next visit and leave a note on the bar blackboard.
The Libertine Bar: Round TwoLong nights at The Libertine are followed by Sunday brunches there. The Libertine always hits the spot no matter what your diet is.
Lula B's: One of a KindLula B's is by far the best home vintage store in Dallas. I have even furnished a large portion of my home from this treasure box of timeless goodies.
FOE: Midnight WavesThe FOE or "Fraternal Order of Eagles" is my main summer hang with a pool that stays open until midnight, a jukebox full of classics, two full bars and a huge lawn to soak up some sun.
Remedy: Eat Well, Live WellRemedy is one restaurant in town that believes in the tradition of nutriment, serving foods that only come from natural farming. This gem will excite your taste buds with its handcrafted cocktails that should be considered a dessert.
Lakewood Landing: Rock the Night AwayLakewood Landing is full of the best characters in town and this upscale dive bar has stolen my heart with its rugged interior, beat up pool table and a jukebox full of Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones.
