Planet Blue is looking for an experienced customer service representative for our online store ShopPlanetBlue.com. The ideal candidate is professional, charismatic, highly knowledgeable in the fashion/retail industry, has excellent communication skills, able to multi-task under pressure and take initiative when work is complete.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with our customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Manage phone lines, emails, and live chat simultaneously.
- Resolve customer issues regarding orders, lost packages, products, etc.
- Provide insightful product and styling recommendations.
- Communicate with various departments in order to relay accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of customer care experience. Experience working with a call center is ideal.
- Monday through Friday 8:30am -5pm
- Fashion/retail experience is a plus!
- Retail Pro and/or Magento experience is a plus!
