General Questions

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please call within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You may contact us at: 877.674.6772.

Can I return items that are on sale?

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

An item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

Go to the item’s product page and select the “I STILL WANT THIS!” button.  Enter your name and email address and we will contact you if your item comes back in stock. 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. At this time we offer $40 flat rate shipping on all international orders. Please see the SHIPPING section for more details.

How long will it take to process a return?

If your package arrives at Planet Blue Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Planet Blue.

Can I use my store credit / store gift card online?

At this time, you can only use store credit/gift card in our retail locations and the online gift card on the website, but they do not expire.
